Living situation- People who are living or who have lived in different types of co-living situations such as dorm living, apartment, house…
Gender- Any gender
Cultural background- Diverse backgrounds to account for different communication styles and habits. People who are from both the city and country.
Objective:
- Understand most common roommate challenges and pain points
- Determine users preference when it comes to communication styles
- Identify underlying factors that might contribute to roommate disputes and what might be done to get ahead of the issue
- Identify key features user might find helpful in the app
- Learn about how often conflicts arise between roommates and what roommates need for support when dealing with these conflicts
